YUMEIHO TRADITIONAL JAPANESE THERAPY - 60 MINS
Started in Japan as a divine massage, Yumeiho therapy is an oil free treatment which combines body points, pressing techniques, osteoarticular readjustments, body manipulations, all of them intended to rebalance the body and help your daily routine.
(A clothed massage - comfortable and loose clothing to be worn)
TRADITIONAL THAI THERAPY - 60 MINS €60
An eastern ancient traditional massage called Nuad Bo-Rarn (Traditional Thai Massage), which uses stretching, body weight, thumbs, palms, elbows and knees to stimulate the energy (Prana, Chi energy) between specific points in the body. A relaxing and invigorating massage which reduces stress and provides a feeling of wellbeing, peacefulness and balance. (A clothed massage - comfortable and loose clothing to be worn – no oils are used)
AMBIENTAL CLASSIC - 60 MINS €60
Our Classic massage is a full body oil massage which is commonly known as ‘Swedish’ massage. Naturally fragranced oil is gently massaged into the body releasing tension and providing a state of relaxation, calmness and general wellbeing.
AMBIENTAL DEEP TISSUE - 60 MINS €60
An intense massage specifically designed for releasing pain and tension in tight, stressed and aching muscles. In combination with oil we use various techniques to warm the muscle and relieve tension, aches and pains.
AMBIENTAL MOTHER TO BE - 60 MINS €60
A wonderful complementary massage for mums to be for over 3 months designed to calm feelings of discomfort and relax both mum and baby. First we will make you comfortable and then, your lower back, aching legs and arms will be massaged and soothed using blended pregnancy oils.

This massage is one of the best solutions to get rid of 'orange peel', the areas affected by cellulite are strongly massaged; hips, buttocks, legs etc, stimulating the suppleness and elasticity of the skin, subcutaneous tissue and blood circulation to smooth and straighten skin and many more benefits. During the session, the therapist uses special oils, creams or massage devices.
